Working effectively on your PC while simultaneously rendering

If you use all of your CPU’s cores/threads for rendering, you may find that it degrades the performance of other applications you use while rendering is in progress. While using all available CPU cores/threads will maximize rendering performance, you can limit the number of cores/threads used to render leaving you capacity to continue using other applications.
